Tucker Management is a UK-based talent agency representing young and experienced performers across stage, television, film and commercials.
With over 30 years of industry experience, we understand that representing young performers is about far more than securing opportunities, it’s about guidance, communication and trust.
Based in the Midlands, Tucker Management is well positioned to work across both northern and southern casting hubs, allowing us to respond efficiently to a wide range of opportunities throughout the UK.
We are Spotlight registered and use Tagmin to manage submissions and communication, ensuring performers remain informed in a clear, organised and accessible way.
At Tucker Management, we aim to provide knowledgeable representation, honest advice and a supportive environment where you can feel confident, informed and looked after.
WHO WE WORK WITH
We represent performers who are ready to be actively submitted for professional work and who want an agent that communicates honestly and consistently. We work with triple-threat performers, screen actors, vocalists and specialists across a wide range of disciplines.
Our adult clients have secured contracts including West End productions, national touring theatre, cruise contracts with Marella Cruises, and campaigns for brands including John Lewis, Sainsbury's and Mars.

HOW TO APPLY
Our books open periodically. When open, adult and graduate performers are invited to audition at our in-person audition days — held at Pineapple Dance Studios in London and at our base at Create Studios in Leicester.
Applications are submitted via our online form. We don't accept unsolicited emails or postal submissions for representation.
