
Tucker Management Audition Terms and Conditions
UNDER 18s
By registering your child to audition, you:​

Confirm that you are legally able to give parental consent for the child named.

Authorise DBS checked Tucker Management members of staff to take your child to A&E in the event of sudden/severe illness. In the event of emergencies, we will contact the parent/guardian or alternative emergency contact provided.

Consent to your child being photographed and videoed under supervision of DBS checked Tucker Management staff. In accordance with our child safeguarding policies, we will not permit any photography, filming or media aspect that includes the image of the child unless permission is given by the parent. Tucker Management will make sure that these images are used solely for the purposes they are intended, for instance, but not limited to use on the Tucker Management website and affiliated YouTube, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook platforms.

Tucker Management reserves the right to change the date, time and location of any audition sessions.

Tucker Management reserves the right to refuse admission.

GRADS AND ADULTS
1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all performers ("Performers") auditioning with [Agency Name] ("Agency").

By attending an audition, Performers agree to be bound by these Terms.

​2. Audition Process

The Agency reserves the right to determine the audition format and selection criteria.

Performers must provide accurate information in their applications. Any false information may result in disqualification.

Attendance at an audition does not guarantee representation or engagement by the Agency.​
​
3. Health and Safety
-
Performers must comply with all health and safety guidelines provided by the Agency.

The Agency is committed to providing a safe audition environment, but Performers are responsible for their own well-being.
-
Any known medical conditions that may affect performance must be disclosed before the audition.
-
If a Performer feels unwell or sustains an injury during an audition, they must notify a member of the Agency’s staff immediately.

4. Personal Belongings

The Agency does not accept liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought to the audition.

Performers are responsible for keeping their personal items secure at all times.

5. Conduct and Professionalism
-
Performers must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully towards Agency staff and other auditioning individuals.

Any inappropriate behaviour, including harassment or discrimination, may result in immediate removal from the audition process.

6. Data Protection

The Agency will process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Performers consent to the collection and processing of personal data necessary for audition purposes.

Personal data will not be shared with third parties without the Performer’s consent, except where required by law.

7. Media and Recordings

The Agency may record or photograph auditions for internal review or promotional purposes, subject to the Performer’s consent. Tucker Management will make sure that these images are used solely for the purposes they are intended, for instance, but not limited to use on the Tucker Management website and affiliated YouTube, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook platforms.

If a Performer does not wish to be recorded, they must inform the Agency in advance.

8. Liability

The Agency shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained by a Performer during the audition process, except in cases of negligence.

Performers attend auditions at their own risk.

9. Amendments

The Agency reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time and will notify Performers of any significant changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Tucker Arts Workshop Terms and Conditions
By completing this booking, you:

Confirm you understand that bookings are non-refundable.

Confirm you understand that bookings are non-transferable.

Accept that Guest teachers are dependant on practitioner availability and are subject to change. An offer for a service of equivalent value will be made in case of any recording changes and Masterclasses will be covered by an alternative professional performer should availability changes arise.
