ABOUT TM
Tucker Management is a UK-based talent agency representing young and experienced performers across stage, television, film and commercials.
With over 30 years of industry experience, we understand that representing young performers is about far more than securing opportunities, it’s about guidance, communication and trust.
Our agents are DBS checked, licensed chaperones and experienced professionals within the performing arts industry.
Safeguarding, clear communication, and the wellbeing of our artists are central to how we operate.
Based in the Midlands, Tucker Management is well positioned to work across both northern and southern casting hubs, allowing us to respond efficiently to a wide range of opportunities throughout the UK.
We are Spotlight registered and use Tagmin to manage submissions and communication, ensuring parents and performers remain informed in a clear, organised and accessible way.
At Tucker Management, we aim to provide knowledgeable representation, honest advice and a supportive environment where young performers, and their families, feel confident, informed and well looked after.

WE'RE PROUD TO HAVE WORKED WITH
IS TM RIGHT FOR YOUR CHILD?
TM Kids represents young performers who are ready to be professionally supported within the industry, and parents who value clear communication, honesty and care.
We work with families whose children:
-
Have an interest or experience in acting, musical theatre, or screen work
-
Are seeking reputable representation with appropriate guidance
-
Benefit from a structured, child-focused approach to the industry
-
Are supported by parents who want to understand the process clearly
We only take on performers we feel we can properly support but, as any reputable agency would state, there is never any guarantee of work.
As a talent agency, our role is to submit suitable young performers for professional opportunities and guide families through the industry with clarity and care.
Representation includes:
-
Submitting performers for appropriate castings
-
Advising on auditions and self-tapes
-
Supporting families with contracts and next steps
-
Providing honest guidance around training and development
-
Maintaining clear, ongoing communication with parents
We believe in transparency, realistic expectations and putting the child’s wellbeing first.
