We want you to love your TMA Collective merch. If something's not right, you can return unworn items with tags attached within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To start a return, email train@tuckerarts.uk with your order number.

Return postage is at the customer's cost unless the item arrives faulty or not as described, in which case we'll cover it. Exchanges for a different size can also be arranged in person at TMA HQ in Leicester if that's easier than posting back.

We currently ship within the UK only. Orders are dispatched within 5 working days of purchase via Royal Mail. Standard delivery typically takes 2–4 working days from dispatch. You'll get a shipping confirmation email once your order's on its way. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Prefer to skip postage? Choose "Collect In Person" at checkout and pick up your order free of charge from Create Studios, 120a Hartopp Road, Leicester, LE2 1WF. Once your order's packed and ready, we'll email you a link to book a collection slot at a time that suits you. Orders not collected within 14 days of the ready-for-collection email may be restocked - details will be in your confirmation email.
